$20? $20? So worth it. Even for one party...but of course, it'll go for more...do you kow if you can change the ribbon?
OMG. This is exactly what I was looking for. My sister is going to a military formal dinner and needs a dress, but the dress needs to be a reasonable price. Thank you so much for pointing it out!!
